This morning we had a visit from the horse dentist to check up on and balance the ponies teeth. Jessica is amazing, I highly recommend her her if you are looking for someone who genuinely cares about the well being of your favorite equine. Of course Aurelia was excited to watch, but Jessica takes her time and I think she would have gone nuts after Aurelia started a non stop commentary and questions, so we let Jessica do her thing and went inside for a while. The ponies were well behaved, though Katty Girl was not very happy about being inside. She was calling out and pacing, so I ended up sedating her a little, something I haven’t needed to do in the past, but I want to make sure she is calm and safe to be worked on!

Then after that excitement, our weather turned from nice sunny sunshine to snow, then ice, then rain, then more ice, then snow, then rain and back to snow etc etc. So we hung about indoors. Lorelei demanded we put the fire “on” as she says. So I made a cosy fire and the girls dined in front of the fire.

I also had my own music performance while making dinner.
