Today we had to do something with all the cucumbers from the garden so we experimented with a refrigerator pickles recipe. Results will be in two weeks.
While we waited for the brine to cool down we went bike riding and saw a mother deer and her fawn.
Once the brine was cooled off it was time to pack the jars with the chopped cucumbers and other ingredients. Fingers crossed in two weeks we are eating yummy crunchy pickles!
