Clark Lookout Hike – September 24, 2020
Today we met up with our homeschool group for a hike at Clark Lookout in New London. We have done this plenty of times before, but it is such an easy and rewarding hike we never mind going again.
It was so hazy out with smoke from the fires out west, you could barely make out the ski trails on Mount Sunapee. Like a bonehead I dragged my camera around but forgot the memory card, oops. So just phone photos for this hike.
The kids had lots of fun exploring and playing in all the little trails at the top. Unfortunately, people had been trashing the geocache up there so the kid friendly one is gone.
It was a pretty warm day out there, but by the time we got home I was exhausted so the girls entertained themselves with a wipe clean puzzle book while I tried not to fall asleep.
