Today we braved the cold and met friends for a little hike up to Inspiration Point via the Worthen Trail at the Slim Baker Lodge trails. Thankfully there was no wind so it was a great place for a hot picnic lunch before heading back down the Stephens Trail.

It’s a great place to take the littles for a hike and a very rewarding view at the top with plenty of space to snack and enjoy. And down near the car park is a “mud kitchen” and things for the kids to explore too.

Then once we got home Aurelia really wanted to show her daddy he amazing xc ski skills, so we made a little fire and let the girls ski around on our patch of icy snow.
