Some days a little crazy out here, like today. First I found a painted turtle in the middle of the pony paddock while searching for a missing fly mask.

So while the girls were playing with the turtle Virgil fell asleep on the floor.

And the turtle eventually made its way back to the river.

Then while I was watching the river a banded kingfisher showed off and dove for a fish right in front of me.

And then I was taking out the trash and I almost stepped on a little fledgling bluebird. Mama and Dada bluebird were very mad and kept dive bombing me!

Then after a boring day of errands we head to the lake to cool off before dinner.
