Reading with Donkeys – October 9, 2020

This morning we did boring things but this afternoon our local library hosted Road to Independence for a Reading with Donkeys event. It was lots of fun as the kids got to “read” to donkeys, groom them and take them for a walk through an obstacle course, and color if they please. The kids loved it and got to see some friends too.

Then afterwards we joined some friends for a hike at the Esther Currier Wildlife Management Area. The peak leaves I think were over but still some color out there.
