What a crazy day it has been… early this morning we had a guy come around to assess our place for energy grants by blowing a fan out and watching all the air leak out. As we knew there was the most wonderful breeze all throughout the house haha, everything leaked like crazy! But while the guy was here out internet broke and of course on a day when Jonathan is really busy at work. But he managed to track down that it was only because the guy had to switch the furnace off and of course it was the same breaker that the router is connected to.

Meanwhile Lorelei was practicing wearing underpants and forgot and peed all over the couch, ugh. Then I packed up the car and the kids to go meet friends at a park, we are walking out the door when Aurelia accidently slammed the door into Lorelei’s head and then my car had a crazy giant piece of metal in the sidewall of the tyre so we weren’t going anywhere. Luckily Jonathan found a place in Concord that had tyres and we just replaced the whole set today, phew! Most places we called said not until June!

But to the rescue, friends were able to come and visit and play with us for a while today which the girls loved. So while a lot went wrong, a lot did also go right today and we survived for now. Hopefully tomorrow is less eventful!
