Well, today’s weather did not go as planned. So after a pancake breakfast outdoors and bikes in the drizzle, we packed up and went to go find cider donuts and a corn maze.
We drove north to Patch Orchards, we had been there before during maple season and enjoyed a snowy view. So today we got to enjoy a bit of a dreary cloudy day view but it didn’t rain on us. Now, their corn maze was a little “rustic”, not flat packed dirt trails, but rather mowed down corn trails. Aurelia was able to hike around in it for 35 minutes (yes, it took us that long to get out! It was huge and we had no idea what it looked like either! Just a general direction of start and finish!) but Lorelei needed to be carried some of the way.
Then we came home exhausted and had dinner by the fire.
