Turkey Day – November 26, 2020

A quiet day at home cooking and taking it easy as Lorelei and I managed to catch Aurelia’s cold from a few days ago.

Jonathan’s menu included a spatchcock style turkey that came out perfect, gravy from scratch, stuffing, greenbeans, honey carrots, creamed corn, creamed onions and his extra yummy cranberry sauce.

I had made the peach pie the night before and it also came out perfect!
