I took a nap this morning, some nights we sleep better than others. But this afternoon when Aurelia came home we brought the bubbles back outside, it was so hot the girls wanted to swim. But instead they dug in the garden looking for worms. Aurelia was very excited to show her worms to Virgil.

Then before dinner I decide to give Iniki a spring hair cut and try and groom some more hair off her before putting a saddle on. I didn’t ride, it was hot and she is hairy, plus I didn’t want to start something just yet… so I hand walked her and she was great! Maybe I will ride in a few days when she has lost more of her winter fluff.

Meanwhile Virgil was napping and the girls played.

And we also found the first daffing daffodils in our yard…
