Had a very early morning with Lorelei this morning, gah that kid is an early bird… but I got to see a pair of pilated woodpeckers. They were noisily pecking away at the big pine in the backyard.

So it was another hot and muggy morning here so in the little pool again before Lorelei actually took a nap! Yay! And then down to the river with Jonathan today.

The girls were so excited to show off their swimming to their daddy. So lots and lots of time in the water, perfect for a hot one! And Jonathan caught us a yabbie which the girls inspected before we sent him back down the river.
